Delivery: There will be a minimum $5 delivery within a 5 mile radius, $10 within a 10 mile radius, anything over 10 miles will be discussed at time of placing order.

Deposit: I am an at home baker and I take my time to custom make your order. Therefore, going forward a $10 non-refundable deposit will be needed to secure your order.This deposit will go toward your order total.

Late Fee: As mentioned in my "About Us" section, I am super flexible! I am a busy mom and totally get if you're running late, or got stuck behind a train (especially in Waukesha, am I right?) but I just ask for a heads up! I schedule my day around your special order and set up pick up and delivery windows to ensure a smooth transaction. If no heads up call/DM/ or text is sent, a late fee will be assed $10 per every 15 minutes past your previously agreed time window.

Method of Payment: At the moment I accept cash, Venmo, Zelle, and ApplePay. However, your deposit to place your order must be paid before your order is placed. 

"Be Kind" Policy:  Please keep in mind I am not a trained professional. With every order I learn a new skill, make note of how long a certain technique takes, keep track of costs so that way in the future I know what to charge. With that being said, please be kind in your expectations, I seek perfection in what I custom make for you but it can come with some flaws. My pricing may change with or without notice as my skill set improves.
